Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram, Villupuram District, to consider the petitioners' bail application on the same day on his surrender in Crime No.799 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and consider the bail application.

The petitioners, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427, 506(i) of IPC r/w. Sec.3

(1) (x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Attrocities Act) 1989 seek a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram, Villupuram District, to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.799 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram, Villupuram District, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram, Villupuram District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
