ORDER
The petitioner is said to have purchased the property in S.F.No.99/6 vide sale deed dated 11.02.2002. Seeking issuance of patta for the said property, the petitioner made an application on 20.04.2015. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the application and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
