The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the period of 30 days is granted to deposit 10% of the compensation amount by order dated 08.04.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 8625 of 2024.

2. The petitioner was not able to mobilize the fund to deposit 10% compensation amount which was directed by this Court to deposit within a time and he would undertake that if the time is extended by another 30 days, the same shall be deposited before the concerned Court on or before 07.06.2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner had expressed his inability.

3. In view of the avocation of the petitioner and considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the time is extended till 07.06.2024 to deposit the 10% compensation amount. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.
