ORDER
The petitioner herein got admission for the post graduate course for the academic year 2010-2011. The petitioner's certificates were with held since he was stated to have disobeyed the conditions imposed. The petitioner paid a sum of Rs.10 lakhs being the bond amount. Thereafter, placing reliance upon the decision rendered by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1444 of 2008 dated 11.11.2011, the petitioner made a representation seeking return of the said Rs.10 lakhs collected from him under the head of DPC 0210-03-800-AB-005 as it is his specific case that similarly placed persons have been given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the relief. On its non-consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
