This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to register the complaint dated 08.07.2016 vide CSR No.356 of 2016 and investigate into the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 08.07.2016, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register a case. Accordingly, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
