Crl. O.P. Nos.11352 and 11545 of 2024 P. DHANABAL.J., This Court vide order dated 11.07.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners with a direction to deposit a sum of Rupees one crore to the credit of Crime No.11 of 2024 before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and directed the Registry to post the matter under the caption "for Reporting Compliance".

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have complied with the orders passed by this Court and deposited the said amount and to that effect they have produced the receipt issued by the Court below.

3. At this juncture the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that this Court had ordered to deposit a sum of Rupees two crores, but the petitioner has deposited only a sum of Rupees one crore. This Court also verified that the condition is to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/-( Rupees one crore)

P.DHANABAL,J smn 4.In view of the above it is made clear that the petitioner has complied with the directions issued by this Court. Hence, no further adjudication is required in this petition. Accordingly this Petition is closed.
