This revision challenges the order of learned Family Judge, Salem, passed in passed in I.A.No.241 of 2015 in F.C.O.P.No.105 of 2014 on 24.11.2015.

2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3.Petitioner is the Husband. He moved I.A.No.241 of 2015 towards conduct of a DNA test to confirm the paternity of a child. In dismissing such application, the Court below has reasoned that the petitioner/husband had admitted to being a parent of the child in the main petition and taken a totally contradictory stand in the I.A., which was unacceptable. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order under challenge. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 06.06.2016 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes sri To The Family Judge, Salem.
