ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District to take the cognizance on final report filed in Crime No.821 of 2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, Ambattur Police Station, Chennai and complete the proceedings accordingly within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that on investigation, already action was dropped.
