Mr.S.K.Raameshwar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.This Writ Petition has been seeking for a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the balance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Security Deposit of Rs.27,43,125/- alone in 6 monthly installments along with the regular current consumption charges for its H.T.Sc.No.059094500207, M/s.Meera Textiles (P) Limited.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to acute financial crisis, consequent the movement of cotton yarn was not as expected, the petitioner was not in a position to pay the Additional Security Deposit at once and hence pleads before this Court to pay the Additional Security Deposit in 6 monthly installments. He would further submit that this Court in similar circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.16246 of 2016 has ordered for payment of Additional Security Deposit, in six equal monthly installments, along with current consumption charges and the petitioner herein is also ready and willing to pay the Additional Security Deposit by way of 6 monthly installments.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also agreed for the same.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.27,43,125/-, in six equal installments along with regular current consumption charges, commencing from 01.06.2019, failing which it is open to the respondents to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law.
