PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the third respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.16060 of 2015 dated 30.04.2021. For Petitioner : Mr. K. Bratheesh For Respondents : Mr.K. Tippusulthan, Government Advocate.

ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to punish the third respondent herein for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order of this Court made in W.P.No.16060 of 2015 dated 30.04.2021.

2.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that as against the order of the Writ Court, they have filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1871 of 2021, before this Court.

3.This Court is of the view that when the Division Bench is ceased of the matter, it is not to appropriate to simultaneously take the contempt proceedings with this contempt petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
