O R D E R

This revision challenges the order of learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Erode , passed in I.A.No.1136 of 2015 in O.S.No.567 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The suit in O.S.No.567 of 2014 has been preferred by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking demarcation of property and for consequential permanent injunction. In dismissing the application in I.A.No.1136 of 2015 in O.S.No.567 of 2014, seeking for appointment of Advocate Commissioner, the Court below rightly has reasoned that the main relief sought in the suit cannot be granted by way of an interim order, which would have the effect of decreeing the suit.

4. This Court does not find any error in the order of the Court below. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
