(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge is to the order of the writ Court made in W.P.No.14847 of 2024, in and by which, the writ Court had dismissed the Writ Petition by taking it up with other matters which were not similar in nature.
2. The prayer of the petitioner in the Writ Petition was for a declaration that he is eligible to be appointed pursuant to the recruitment notification and he in fact comes within the zone of consideration. This petition was tagged on with other two Writ Petitions in which the petitioners had claimed additional marks for certain questions, which, according to them, were erroneous. The grievance of the appellant/ writ petitioner was not considered by the writ Court at all.

3. Upon notice, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the petitioner has been called for certificate verification on 28.06.2025 and he comes within the zone of consideration.
4. In view of the statement made, we do not see any necessity to entertain this Writ Appeal. The Writ Appeal is disposed of, since the grievance of the appellant in the Writ Petition has been redressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (R.S.M.,J.)
