ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents not to lay any road in the land belonging to the petitioner agricultural lands in survey No.14/2, 14/2A, and 17/5B in Bagalur Village, Hosur Taluk without adopting due process of law. 2.

It is seen that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no road has been laid till now in the petitioner's property comprised in survey No.14/2, 14/2A, and 17/5B in Bagalur Village, Hosur Taluk. Therefore, respondents are directed not to lay road in the petitioner's property comprised in survey No.14/2, 14/2A, and 17/5B in Bagalur Village, Hosur Taluk except due process of law. 2/4

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
