This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and his mother and sister based on the representation dated 03.02.2024.

2. Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel for petitioner, Ms.P.Aishwarya, learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent and Mr.G.Sivakumar, learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the third respondent will deal with the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the allotment was made in 2/4

favour of the great grandfather and there are many legal heirs, who are claiming right over the property.

4. It is not necessary for this Court to deal with the merits of the case and it will suffice if a direction is given to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.02.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and a decision shall be taken within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
