This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based upon the Petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, in Current paper No.4/2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 24.03.2020 itself. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
