Notice on the 4th respondent who is the other daughter of the deceased proprietor and sole respondent in O.P.No.957 of 2019 is not necessary and therefore dispensed with as the 2nd respondent appears as the legal representative of the deceased proprietor of the sole respondent in O.P.No.957 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the second respondent will represent the estate of the deceased proprietor of the sole respondent in O.P.No.957 of 2017. He submits that the second respondent has taken over the business of the deceased respondent in O.P.No.957 of 2019 and is carrying on the business as his legal representative.

3. The submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent in the above application stands recorded.

4. Consequentially, no further orders are required for impleading the other legal heirs of the sole respondent in O.P. C.SARAVANAN,J.

5. The second respondent is therefore impleaded as the second respondent. The applicant is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the OP and file a clean copy of O.P. incorporating the changes.

6. List the OP No.957 of 2019, for final hearing on 03.04.2024.

7. The parties to file their convenience sets and also their written submissions separately by 03.04.2024.

8. It is made clear that one compilation shall be filed consisting of pleadings, evidence and the Arbitral Award and the another compilation consisting of documents that were marked before the Arbitral Tribunal arranged chronologically with the exhibit numbers assigned. It is also made clear that the compilation consisting of documents shall be arranged chronologically with proper indexation.
