ORDER
The petitioners apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b) and 118(1) of BNS, in Crime No.114 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 1/4
2. The allegation against the petitioners is that due to previous enmity, petitioners along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant with deadly weapons, due to which, defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries and he was taken treatment in the hospital for thirteen days.
5. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the defacto complainant, this Court is of the view that the petitioner does not deserves anticipatory bail.
