Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to confer the upgraded post of Assistant Director based on the seniority and eligibility alone to the petitioner without including the same in the District Employment Officer promotional panel for the year 2013-14 for promotion to the post of Assistant Director by treating the eight upgraded post of Assistant Directors as vacancies.
