O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the hoardings, which are impermissible and put right in front of the shop of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, resulting in blockage of even a reasonable access to the shop. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has happened.

2. When the matter was listed today, we had called upon the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation to summon the Officer concerned as to how these boards are being permitted. We are informed that all the boards have been removed on the street, including that in front of the shop of the petitioner. However, the matter does not end at this, as there is always an apprehension that in future such boards may be installed.

3. We make the second respondent or whoever may hold the office personally responsible to ensure that no such hoardings are put in the area in future.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CO) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar ATR To
