Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the second respondent in Mu.Mu.716/2013/A4 dated nil-07-2013 signed on 11.07.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner along with disbursement and payment of salary and all benefits to the petitioner for the period from 03.05.2011 to 03.04.2012 with proper entry in the Service Records of the petitioner.
