Respondents Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned order passed by 3rd respondent vide letter in Na.Ka.En.6334/Tha.Ku2/2015, whereby refusing to grant ordinary leave to petitioner's husband and quash the same as arbitrary, unfair and leave to the petitioner's husband Mr.S.G.Radhakrishnan, (Convict No.4146) now confined in Cuddalore Central Prison, for a period of one month to enable him to arrange marriage for his daughter and construct a homestead for the family.
