ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 506(1) of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are in love with each other. It is further alleged that whenever they went out, the petitioner had the habit of taking photographs and videographs. Thereafter, the petitioner showing the same and threatened her with dire consequences and also refused to marry the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to co-operate with the investigation and no photographs and videographs are available with him as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for granting of anticipatory bail to the petitioner .

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petitioner is having obscene photographs of the victim girl, if the petitioner is allowed on anticipatory bail, it will affect the future of the victim girl. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
