This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1015 of 2023 by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.77 of 2023, pending on the file of the POCSO Court, Chennai. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 17.07.2023.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1015 of 2023 vide order dated 02.02.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Judge, in connection with Spl.S.C.No.77 of 2023 on 17.07.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
