Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in G.O.(2D) No.250, Revenue and Disaster Management Department Services Wing, Services II(3) Section, dated 10.08.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to settle the entire retirement benefits without any deduction.
