ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Section 417 I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act and Section 3(1)(x)of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seek a direction to the PCR Court, Salem to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before it in connection with Cr.No.491 of 2015 on the file of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the PCR Court, Salem there shall be a direction to the learned Judge of PCR Court, Salem to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders.
