PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the Docket Order dated 27.03.2026 passed in IA.No.1/2026 in OS.No 24/2026 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur.

ORDER

Challenging the Docket Order dated 27.03.2026 passed in IA.No.1 of 2026 in OS.No 24 of 2026 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur, the plaintiffs have preferred this Civil Revision Petition.

2. The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs and they filed interim injunction application before the trial court in IA No.1 of 2026 after the order of the preliminary decree, as the defendants / respondents are attempted to make encumbrance and also put construction. Therefore, he come forward by filing an application as interim injunction before the trial court, however, the Trial Court, without considering the prima facie facts, had erroneously ordered for notice. The Trial Judge is directed to dispose of IA No.1 of 2026 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and not to put up any construction for that period until then.
