O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) MR.S.T.S.Murthy, learned Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents.

2.We note with regret that the petitioner, who claims to be assisting his father, who is the President of the Panchayat, is still not able to resolve the issue at hand and has to approach this Court expressing helplessness and seeks assistance for remedying the position.

3.We have heard the learned counsel for parties. 4.In view of aforesaid, we direct that the representations of the petitioner dated 19.07.2015 and 28.08.2015 be disposed of by the second respondent within a month of the receipt of the order, after notice to all concerned by a speaking order.

5.Writ Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
