ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Special Court under the Tamilnadu Protection of Interests of Depositor's (In Financial Establishments) Act 1997 at, Coimbatore to expeditiously dispose of the case in C.C.No.15 of 2015.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Special Court under the Tamilnadu Protection of Interests of Depositor's (In Financial Establishments) Act 1997 at, Coimbatore, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2015, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
