Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter dated 11.05.2023 related with No.FHMC3/131/2008/E issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and subsequently direct the respondents not to take any coercive action against the petitioner.
