Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the order in D.O.No.38/2015 (C.No.A1/00207/P2/2015) dated 21.1.2015 to quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioners and issue consequential direction to the respondents to retain the petitioners in the same post/station. For Petitioner in both Writ Petitions : Mr.M.Sasi Kumar COMMON ORDER Though the petitioners challenged the order of transfer dated 21.01.2015 on multiple grounds, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be satisfied in case liberty is given to the petitioners to submit a representation for the purpose of recalling the order of transfer and posting them at a nearby place.

2. The petitioners are directed to join in the transferred place as expeditiously as possible. It is open to them to submit a representation thereafter to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to consider the said representation on merits and as per law.
