ORDER

(Made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.) With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to consider representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2024 and to take appropriate action against the illegal act of unauthorized encroachment of the pathway by the fourth respondent.

3. Heard Mr.S.Madhusudanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Munusamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused entire materials available on record.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent has put up an unauthorized encroachment of the pathway by erecting Hollow Block and 2/5

parking his car in the pathway. In this regard the petitioner has made a representation dated 18.04.2024 to the first respondent which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of this case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the interested persons, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
