Along with the necessary fees, the petitioner made a representation on 13.10.2014 seeking to survey his property situated in Survey No.417/2A and 430/21A1A, Mamandur Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the representation to the respondent, along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
