O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 22.12.2017.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, based on instruction, submitted that the said representation has already been considered and order was passed on 08.01.2018 by the 3rd respondent. He has also produced a copy of the said order. Therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the same is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the petitioner has any further grievance, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law by separate proceedings. No costs.
