By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire records in pursuant to the surcharge order in proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.1733/ 2023/Sa Pa [Tha.The. No.6/2025] dated 27.01.2026 passed by the first respondent in so far as petitioner is concerned and quash the same. 3.The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the surcharge order. As against the surcharge order, there is effective appeal remedy available before the Cooperative Tribunal. The petitioner, instead of exhausting such appeal remedy, has filed this writ petition, which is not sustainable one.

4.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2/4

petitioner to prefer appeal before the Cooperative Tribunal, in the manner known to law.

5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
