ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in para 7(b) in Crl.OP.No.10319 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(b) in Crl.OP.No.10319 of 2025 dated 08.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Pallavaram Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
