The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for the records of order of suspension of the petitioner in R.C.No.2027/B2/2019 dated --.04.2019 passed by the first respondent which was received by the petitioner on 12.04.2019 and to quash the same.

The learned Government pleader submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 09.08.2019, passed in WMP No.14707 of 2019 filed by the petitioner for interim stay of suspension order dated --.04.2019, the petitioner has joined service on 19.08.2019. Hence nothing survives in the matter for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
