ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the paragraph 11(c) i.e., the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.208 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024.

2. Mr.S.Udaya Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submits that the petitioners/accused 1 and 2 are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Since the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly from the first week of December, 2024, this Court is inclined to modify the condition, directing the petitioners/accused 1 and 2 to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates in C.C.No.30 of 2024, on the file of II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under N.D.P.S Act.

4. The criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly. 20-01-2025 dk To The Inspector of Police, PEW - Gummidipoondi Police Station, Tiruvallulr District.
