2. Heard Mr.D.Rajagopal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that encroachment has been removed and the order dated 11/9/2015 has been complied with.
