ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents herein to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.04.2018 for grant of 'Letter of Approval' to petitioner's College, namely RVS Padmavathi Ammal College of Pharmacy, Sulur, Coimbatore, from the academic year 2018-2019.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by either side that the said representation, dated 20.04.2018 had been considered and the request of the petitioner had been rejected by the first respondent, by passing orders on 30.04.2018.

3. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 30.04.2018, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P. is closed.
