O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to issue Non Traceable Certificate based on the petitioner's online complaint dated 17.03.2018, bearing Complaint Reference No.CRN1822460.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not appeared in person and produced her driving license, any identity card, ration card and mark sheet to the police till date and therefore, the police have not been able to comply with her request.

3. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit the said records to the police and on said submission, the police may issue the Non Traceable Certificate in accordance with their Rules.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
