.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their subordinates or any other officials tracing power under them from executing the works mentioned in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2971/2017/A-9 dated 27.02.2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent i.e. formation of Single Layer WBM Road Rural Connectivity in 9 Panchayats viz. Gengavaram, Devarayanpalayam, Kadaladi, Ernamangalam, Vanniyanur and Arunagirimangalam; totally 12 works in Serial Nos.1 to 12 Kaalasapakkam Panchayat Union, without strictly complying with the conditions stipulated therein and in the Government order in G.O.(Ms) No.130, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (CGS.1) Department dated 14.11.2017.

(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their subordinates or any other officials tracing power under them from executing the works mentioned in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2971/2017/A-9 dated 27.02.2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent i.e. formation of Single Layer WBM Road Rural Connectivity in 9 Panchayats viz. 2. On this day, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that requesting the Registry to post the writ petition for dismissal, he has submitted a letter dated 04.04.2019, which reads thus.

Sir, Ref: W.P.No.14691/2018 filed by S.Arumugam.

Our client, Mr.S.Arumugam, the writ petitioner by his letter dt. 02.04.2019 instructed us to withdraw his writ petition. The said letter is also enclosed herewith.
