Claiming to the wife of the deceased Rajendran, the petitioner made a request to the respondent for issuance of legal heir certificate. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 11.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required.
