2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 11.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required.
