This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the cause title in the above Writ Petition and also in the order dated 16.09.2022 in W.P.No.25016 of 2022 by amending the name of the petitioner as "Ganesan" instead of "Ganesh".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name was erroneously mentioned as "G.Ganesh" instead of "G. Ganesan", in the petition filed in W.P.No.25016 of 2022, as well as in the order. Hence, this amendment petition.

3. Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to amend the petitioner's name in the petition as well as in the cause title of the order dated 16.09.2022 made in W.P.No.25016 of 2022 to read as "G. Ganesan."
