This petition is filed to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner Balasundaram on record.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that she has no objection in allowing this petition. She further submitted that she is appearing for the petitioners in C.R.P.No.2304 of 2014 and in the said petition, she has filed a memo to record the petitioners in C.M.P.No.10341 of 2020 as the legal heirs of the deceased Balasundaram in C.R.P.(PD).No.2304 of 2014 also.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, submission of learned counsel appearing for the respondents and also the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in C.R.P.No.2304 of 2014, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and memo filed by the petitioners in C.R.P.(PD).No.2304 of 2014 is recorded.
