PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent ending with letter No.SB/ROUDP/REC/2013 dated 18.04.2018 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to issue closure letter/'No due certificate' in respect of the Educational Loan No.6002/765/46 sanctioned by the second respondent by their letter dated 05.08.2010 under the government interest subsidy scheme for economically weaker section in the caption 'Synd Vidya' and to return the petitioner's LIC policy No.715453567 dated 28.12.2008.
