2. Seeking direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2015, by which the petitioner sought for an enquiry, the present Writ petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry is pending with the second respondent.

4. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry, after giving notice to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
