illegal, and consequently direct respondents to maintain the order passed by the 2nd respondent about the fishing right of fishermen in Pulicat lake of PonneriTaluk as per the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Sa.Mu.Naa.No.742/A2/2015, dated 29.07.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
