Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.It is represented by the petitioner that the second respondent entered into an agreement of sale on 29.05.2000 with the petitioner and his wife and pursuant to the same, the petitioner and his wife purchased the lands in Survey Nos.86/1, 86/2, 85/1 part situated at Lyon Grand (Pulli Lyon) Village, Old Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

3.Subsequently, the petitioner sought for issuance of completion certificate. As the respondents are denying to issue the completion certificate, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 03.05.2018 requesting to dispose of the same within a specified time.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 03.05.2018 made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
