This petition has been filed seeking for police protection on the ground that the counter parties are preventing the petitioner from supplying drinking water to the general public.

2. This petition has been filed even without adding counter parties as respondent. That apart, the police will have no role to play in dispute of this nature.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
