With the consent of parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merit, this Court is inclined to the direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.7.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is permitted to produce the copy of the representation along with the order copy before the second respondent.
